After the disappointment of the race at Donington Park, Fabio was hoping to get back to point scoring results after his impressive 6th at Imola earlier in the season, but technical problems continue to plague the Italian rider leaving him frustrated as the series heads back to Europe in a fortnight.

Fabio Menghi: “For me this bike is impossible right now. I made a good start but we can’t find the setting and we are having lots of little problems all of the time. It is frustrating because after Imola I was very positive but after Donington Park and here I am very frustrated. I nearly crashed so many times before I did actually lose the front and this is not a good way to be. The next race is in Italy near my home and I really want to make a good race there because everyone in my team is working so hard and they deserve it. I must stay focused and believe that the problems will stop soon.”
