It will be a truly international affair when the 2013 European Junior Cup kicks off at Motorland Aragon in four weeks time.

This year’s championship is set to be the most hotly contested since it joined the World Superbike series back in 2011 with a full grid of 32 youngsters from over 15 countries keen to impress and show off their talent.

Riders from as far as Indonesia, USA, Australia and New Zealand as well as from throughout Europe will battle it out over 9 rounds for the ultimate prize.

In addition Honda are backing the championship in 2013 and will use it to showcase their new CBR500RR machine.

The European Junior Cup is a proven breeding ground for the stars of the future with inaugural champ Matt Davies now racing with PTR Honda in World Supersport and last year’s champion Lukas Wimmer progressing to Superstock 600cc with the Racedays Honda Team.
